 For over 25 years now, Chuntex Electronic Co. Ltd., has manufactured exceptionally high quality monitors under the CTX name, and for OEM. In 2003, our monitor sales were in the Top-Three in UK and the Top-Ten in Europe. OEM sales also accounts for an important portion of CTX sales - by 2004 CTX's proportion of OEM sales will reach 1/3 of all sales. We have also received countless awards for the excellence of our products, including March PC Advisor (U.K.) Top-10 Flat Displays for the S530, PV722E and PV700, and March PC World (USA) Top 1 for VL700.
Since our foundation as the first color monitor manufacturer in 1981, we have established ourselves as a Monitor Expert. Specializing in this area has allowed CTX to consistently produce innovative, exceptionally high quality monitors to suit every application need and budget. CTX ANNOUNCES NEW 17" HIGH-PERFORMANCE LCD MONITORS FOR HOME AND OFFICE USE
CTX's S762A-PG Models Feature High Contrast Ratios, Fast Response Times and Enhanced Native Resolution at a Value Price CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA (September 1, 2005) CTX Technology Corp, today announced the newest additions to their award-winning line of LCD monitors, the 17-inch S762A-PG LCD monitor. The S762A-PG is a high-performance, general-purpose monitor that is ideal for home and office use as well as government or education applications. This model features high contrast ratios for more accurate color representation; ultra-fast response times for corporate video conferencing, gaming or watching movies; and enhanced native resolution for sharper, clearer images. The 2mm hard glass screen enhances the image sharpness and color definition while protecting the panel from damages caused by scratches, repetitive touching, and cleaning. This monitor is also built with a toughen glass surface that is 500% stronger than standard glass surface, making it ideal for the education environment where safety concern is always a priority. The product can also withstand a temperature up to 220 Celsius. "The S762A-PG combines the latest screen technology at an affordable price, "commented Jim Chen, CEO at CTX, "This 17" LCD is a perfect balance between high quality and cost-effective components that produces a screen image that will deliver the results you will need, at a price you will like." The S762A-PG has a contrast ratio of 450:1 and brightness of 260cd/m², ensuring the best possible image qualities. It is combined with a stylishly designed casing, viewing angles of 140 from side-to-side and 120 from top-to-bottom (CR=10), 16ms response time, and built-in stereo speakers. The S762A-PG is compatible with VESA wall-mounting standards and TCOˇ99 and ISO13406-2 certified. The S762A-PG will be available through major distributions starting October, 2005. 1998 - Shipping quantity breaks a staggering 3 million units.
1999 - Set up CTX BVI Corporation in Bejjing , China
2000 - CTX introduced 15" TFT LCD monitor
2001 - CTX introduced 17" TFT LCD monitor
2002 - CTX sponsored the ski jump worldcup in Willingen 11 - 13 January, 9 million pepoles saw in TV about the ski worldcup
2002 - CTX introduced 19" and 23" TFT LCD monitors.
2003 - CTX introduces M730V LCD monitors.
2004 - CTX introduces P772 and F773 LCD monitors.
2005 - CTX released new products : Dual screen LCD monitor and Ceiling mounted LCD monitor.
2006 - CTX released 17" Touch monitor and X76 & X96 series LCD monitor.
