Terms of Use for Audit Reports

TY360.com is an E-business platform developed and operated by Nanjing Focus Technology Co., Ltd. To view and download TY360.com's Audit Reports, please refer to the following agreement firstly:

I. Acceptance:

1. As Users of TY360.com, to view and download Audit Reports, you shall understand and accept Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions firstly.
2. Introduction to Audit Reports and any other information related to Audit Reports are effective parts of this agreement.
3. This agreement will be modified when necessary and new version will be published on TY360.com immediately. If you refuse to accept the new agreement, please stop using the service of Audit Reports, otherwise, you will be considered as having accepted the new agreement.

II. The Content of Service:

1. Audit Reports is the service of audit report provided by TY360.com, which is corresponding with the service of Audited Suppliers . After being audited by an impartial third party, Audited Suppliers are able to upload the whole or parts of their Audit Reports to TY360.com.
2. With the consignation of TY360.com, Audit Reports is completed and produced independently by SGS, the world leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. Every report has the exclusive SGS number by which you can verify the authenticity and effectiveness of the reports.
3. The audit is carried out according to the unified standards, and covers the aspects of company's authenticity, P & T ability, R & D ability, quality control system, product qualification, development plan, certificates and scene.

III. Payment Methods:

1. Audit Reports is a fee-based service. For payment details, please refer to How to view Audit Reports.
2. After doing the payment, Users have the right to view, download and verify the relevant Audit Reports, which may be the whole or parts of the initial complete reports.
3. Users can view and download all the available Audit Reports of one certain Audited Supplier by using one Token. Token is effective within one year from the date of purchase; within 3 months from the date of Token's use, User is allowed to download or view the available report(s) of one certain Audited Supplier as many times as you want. If the relevant Audited Supplier refused to display the Audit Report(s) due to some factors, Token can not be used to view or download other Audit Reports any more.
4. TY360.com has the right to alter the fees and payment methods unilaterally. Token, which has been paid for, will not be affected.
5. Audit Reports in TY360.com can only be downloaded for viewing. Users are not permitted to make any modification to the reports; without the written permission, users are forbidden to use the reports for any other purpose.

IV. Rights and Responsibilities of TY360.com:

1. On-site audit of Audited Suppliers service is completed independently by SGS, who will produce a complete audit report accordingly. Upon the written request, Audited Suppliers have the right to cancel the display, or upload the whole or parts of their reports. Therefore, TY360.com shall not bear any responsibility for the untruth, inaccurateness, incomprehensiveness, and ineffectivity of Audit Reports . Please read SGS General Conditions of Services carefully before viewing and downloading the Reports. TY360.com does not make any guarantee or undertaking for its members' trade behavior.
2. We shall take no responsibility for the interruption and malfunctions caused by force majeure (including, but not limited to natural disaster, social incidents, any network abnormity and even temporal shut-down resulting from hacker attack, technology update of Telecom, governmental control and any other factor affecting the attributes of the website), but we will endeavor to solve all the problems as soon as possible.

V. Rights and Responsibilities of Users:

1. Users can verify online the authenticity and integrality of the Audit Report which has been paid for.
2. Through logging into the Virtual Office on TY360.com, Users are able to check the detailed information of his/her token(s).
3. It is at User's sole risk to take care of the unused token.

VI. Dispute Settlement:

For any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, Users and TY360.com shall endeavor to resolve it. If settlement cannot be reached between two parties, the Courts in the principal place of TY360.com have the jurisdiction to the dispute.
